CRAZY Trans-Canada Challenge: Time to post your weekly mileage
Here I am a day late again... You guys are going to boot me off as co-ordinator very, very soon! I don't understand how life can be so busy. Anyway, I'm going to keep this short since I'm already running behind this morning. My mileage is lower than expected this week. An impromptu road trip (which meant hours sitting in my car) and cold weather are really keeping my activity lower than normal. C'mon spring, where are you??
I'll be picking two winners this week: one for the people who have met last months "Challenge Within a Challenge" of doing at least one new activity during the month of January and one for the Fitbit for those that remained active in the challenge throughout the months of December and January. I'll be posting an update and the winners on Thursday. It may be done by tomorrow but I know how busy I am so I'll give myself a little leeway. If you haven't reported any new activity in the last month, this is your last chance to do so in order to be entered into the draw.

I had a "life took over week" this week - and that is ok. Life "does" take over sometimes with all of us!
So I only did 14 km -
Big plans for next week so I can boost my team

Geez, I'm not doing anywhere near as well as I thought I was going to on the km though...kind of pathetic. I think I need to get going on my Discovery Walk trail walking soon, even though it's winter. Get over my instinct to cocoon...
The good thing is that I don't get tired at all from walking distances that used to exhaust me before. I walked really fast on an errand the other day, and about 10 minutes into the walk, I realized that I had all this energy and wasn't even puffing. Pretty neat! And I'm still taking the stairs every day, no elevators!
Anyhow...last week, 15 km for CU L8R. Boo. Hopefully better this week!
