I am lurking:) I enjoy reading what everyone else has to say...good and bad:)

I'm nervous, excited...all of that. How about you?

Hi Amy....

Come out of lurking and play!  :)  I am excited...nerves have not started yet however I am SURE as I inch closer to the date I will be extremely nervous.  How are you handling optifast?  I like it... all chocolate :).

I like the Optifast, too:) I like both. I put a few squirts of strawberry Mio in the vanilla, lots of ice, and blend it up. It's just like a strawberry milkshake.

I have to do Opti for 28 days...and I have only have 12 days left!

Where are you having your surgery?

I just started opti again today.... my surgery was supposed to be Jan 30 but it was postponed so I was already a couple of days into optifast so I have to start it back up from where I left off.... I have to be on it for 14 days total... 12 days this time.... :) 

My surgery is at Toronto east general hospital.  Where are you having yours??

Mine is at St. Joe's Toronto. Dr Lindsay.

I haven't heard anything about him, good or bad, so I'm thinking that no news is good news:)

Do you live in the Toronto area? I live in Kitchener, so am hoping everything goes will with my surgery so I can get back home. I don't expect to have too many visitors while I'm in the hospital:)
