CRAZY Trans-Canada Challenge: Time to post your weekly mileage
Hope everyone had a great holiday yesterday. I didn't get the weekend off so I'll have to wait to enjoy my day off. Still crazy, crazy busy at my house. Lots of changes and upheavals so exercise is really taking a spot on the back burner right now. I'm hoping things will calm down and I can get back on track. The desire is there but the time just isn't. Grrrr!!
I only have 28 Km to report this week. I'm really hoping that improves soon. I will post an combined update from the past couple of weeks by Thursday. If you missed reporting last week you can just add it here and I'll adjust accordingly. Have a great and productive week, everyone!!

22k for me. I'm getting stronger!! Yay! I go to see the PS tomorrow and I think I can start doing treadmill walking now. I'm pretty sure she said three weeks for that.

Nothing for me last week. Was at HRRH - and just hope and pray I don't need to go back. (looks kind-a 50-50 right now)
I did walk around in the hospital but that could not have been that much.
But once those incisions are healed... I'll make it up for team C.

Busy week and weekend for us! Did our nightly walk with the dog and then DD and I went to the mall on Saturday! Walking around with a 9 year old who is already loving to shop as much as I do...yikes...
My mileage for the week was 24 km! I am so excited that we are getting in so much more...this challenge has been a blessing for us in disguise, it definitely motivates me to get out and my kids love it too! So, I do want to say a sincere thank you for starting this challenge up and making it more fun!
Thank you! :)

Moving on doesn't mean you forget about things. It just means you have to accept what happened and continue LIVING
