Watching the Biggest Loser and remembering hitting my Onderland

What a great day that was! I didn't think I would ever see the one hundreds again! I am now 4 1/2 years post op (4 1/2 YEARS!!!) And I am still shaking my head in disbelief that I was so fortunate to be given this second chance!
I am remaining steady around the 160 lb mark and wearing a size 12 vs the size 26 I wore before!
Somedays are still a challenge such as feeling sick if I overdo the sugar or if I have more than 1 alcoholic drink (my blood sugar bottoms out) but it is still worth it!
My best wishes go out to everyone who is on this bumpy journey. Like anything in this life that is worthwhile, this one is hard work but amazing!

Thanks for sharing with us endee. Wisdom and encouragement from someone who is as far out as you are is a real encouragement to me, and others as well I am sure.

Thanks KarenHope!
I will never forget those who were my inspiration before difference and helped me through my darkest moments. I can only hope to be an inspiration to even 1 other person going through this. Having someone who understands you can make so much difference!
