Feeling pretty great for a couple reasons right now. My family and I just signed up for a membership at a local gym, I haven't belonged to a gym in almost 10 years so that is pretty exciting. But mostly I'm just thrilled at the support I'm getting from my husband and daughter. Steven has been supportive from the beginning, if a little nervous about the surgery risk at first, but has totally taken the approach that this is a team/family effort. He doesn't bring chips home because he knows I love them, is eating healthier himself and now he was the one to suggest we join the gym together as a family so I don't have to do this alone

I feel lots of love and support at home and really that is such a huge help with this whole process.

P.S. If you live in Whitby the new Abilities Centre is only $68/mth for the family rate if you get a corporate membership, awesome!

That sounds great that you will get to go to the gym with your whole family, what a great NSV. Gyms are so daunting!
