Ideas from the Low Carb Grocer

We don't have a low carb grocer in Ottawa, so I will be placing an order online.   I am wondering what some of your favorite items are from the low carb grocer.  Thanks for your suggestions.

The syrups, but they won't ship them this time of year due to cold.
dreamfields pasta, also available in the US.
Sugar Free Oreos also available in the US.

I have only ordered a couple of times but there service is excelllent.
If you are a US shopper than the oreo's and Dreamfields are cheaper in the states.

Good Luck!

PB2 and I love sugar free apple cider mix but I buy it in the states where it is incredibly cheaper.

Thanks Chris.  Can you buy PB2 in the states too?  If so, where?

SF pudding mixes like cheesecake, chocolate fudge, etc. that are available in states but not Canada.  I also purchase the PB2 in the large bags as I use it almost daily.  I have tried some of their low carb wraps but now just buy the WW brand of flatbreads as they are cheaper and I use them so rarely.

Also, SF syrups, jello flavours not available in Canada. Those are my staples.  I have tried individual protein bars, etc. to see if I like them before purchasing boxes.  Worth it.

Stay away from the Walden Farms sugar free, calorie free chocolate syrup. Almost made me sick. Just tastes like chemicals.

One thing I was missing was sweet thai chilli sauce - normal grocery store brands have like 22 grams of sugar per 1 tbsp.... so I got the Jok N' Al no sugar thai sauce. SO good.

Enjoy your order!
