Long article but very interesting. Makes good points. Kind of makes you glad that we live in Ontario with OHIP possibilities. It is hard enough to get approved for that and all the stages and hoops... never mind fighting insurance companies.

I am from the states and if it weren't for living in Canada now, I would never have been able to have any WLS because I couldn't afford insurance. I am so grateful for the opportunity I have been given!
