Hi Sylvie- Good luck starting opti tomorrow! It's hard at first but once you get the hang of it, it gets easier. 2 more weeks and then its our big day. Don't let too many hours go between shakes. On Saturday, I was an hour or so later than I should have been and I was very empty and grumpy! I think the chicken broth that I drink between the shakes has been a lifesaver for me. Its a break from the sweet shakes and kind of soothing.

Good Luck tomorrow Sylvie, I am sure you will do great.
Good luck with Opti Sylvie! Even though it was total hell lol - I just kept reminding myself that it was the next step on my plan to wellness for myself. It's all about you, baby!!
Mint extract was my saviour. I'm sure you'll find something that works for you too.
I took pics the night before my surgery.....definitely want to be able to look back at the "before", to remember where I"ve been.
Cheers,
Andrea
It's so funny that you mention the back. I'm almost 4 months out and my boss said to me last week that from the back I look like a completely different person. It's honestly not something I would thing of because I can't see it but his desk is behind mine so he would notice that.
He actually walked past me the other day and apologized later for not recognizing me. Best of luck with the opti!! It gets easier as time goes and it is totally worth it in the end!
