CBT in/around Oakville

I believe that for me to be successful at losing weight long term cognitive behavioral therapy will be a must. As so many here have said, the surgery doesn't work on your head.

Can anyone recommend a therapist in the Oakville area? Anywhere from Mississauga to Hamilton would be wonderful. I figure it can't hurt to start CBT while going through surgery assessment.

Any suggestions would be great.....
