Life couldn't be more fabulous! I just cant imagine how great this summer will be if I feel this fabulous, now! ZERO regrets and nothing but pride in myself and that great feeling of health!

I love seeing before and afters, especially when I was waiting waiting waiting! So here is my 5 month before and afters!

That is AWESOME! I just got my surgery date and still have to wait until the end of July. I can't wait to be in your shoes! Congratulations. Well done! You must feel fabulous!

Great job! Congrats!

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
