I'm a stomach/side sleeper which wasn't possible for me for the first 2 weeks. I would set up pillows propped up and do my best on my back.....not going to lie it was brutal! Good luck

I sleep on my tummy and side also, I bought a body pillow, it was my best friend. I slept sorta on my side with the support of the pillow in my front and behind my back. it made me comfortable for the first 2 weeks.

I slept on my right side, my left s where the most discomfort was.  I must admit, rolling on to my left was painful. A pillow under the knees was helpful too.

lots and lots of pillows, like Arlene I half side slept with the help of pillows, however most mornings I woke up on my back.
