When do you start to stop losing? At what stage ?

There are many pauses along the journey.  However, it will depend on how many calories your body is ingesting (incoming energy), how much exercise that you are doing (expending energy), your age, and probably a whole host of variables related to YOU.

You will have stalls along the way but the first year is a gift. This is when you will lose the majority of your weight if you follow the program. That is why it is so important for the first year to stick to program. After that you will continue to lose but it becomes slower and around 18 mths I am told your malabsorption will end. As the previous person said. It depends on the calories you take in and the energy you expend.
