Body lotions....? Skin regimen....?

Hi all,  I was wondering if any of you use anything to help diminish stretch marks or do anything different to your skin after your surgery?   If you do, what brands do you use?

Once your skin has stretched out - stretch marks - there is nothing you can do to repair the skin. With time the stretch marks do lighten up and become more white and less noticeable.

You will notice that your skin is drier post surgery and I have relied on more intense body creams versus just nice smelling stuff. I use La Roche Posay for dry skin.

I have also upped the ante on my face cream. With a nice Elizabeth Arden cream.

Post surgery you should go for as much skin as you can get...
