Assessment: January 18, 2013; Met with surgeon: March 8, 2013; Pre-Op scheduled: June 20,2013; Surgery scheduled: July 17, 2013! Surgery Completed!
Thank you! Now if I can just gather some more of them emails lol. I want to email some of these people so I don't have to wait...do you have any advise on how to go about bumping my app's up. I want to be able to do two appointments at once. Maybe I'm a bit pushy but I am very impatient lol.

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
Well, I did that with my Nurse app which I got moved from Oct 23rd to July 10th and my Social Worker from Sept 5th to July 29th. If she can't help me that is fine considering I don't have a date for that appointment but it is worth a shot. My parents always told me it is better to ask then not to ask and sit around wondering, I mean the worst she can say is no she cannot help me...getting a no is not going to kill me...I am not ashamed to push my way threw
