Had my surgery Friday, and was home Sunday...

So I am now enjoying sitting on the porch sipping my protein drink and water watching the sights and sounds of the neighborhood.

Congrats Lisa:

There's always lots of room on that bench, remember as you sit and watch your neighbourhood that moving people don't get stiff, stopped people do. Try to keep moving every so often and enjoy the ride.
