Chili - can I puree
You sure can! It tastes great pureed, just make it with extra lean meat and blend the heck out of it. You can buy some cheap ice cube trays and use them to freeze 'meals' for later. It doesn't take long to defrost one or two cubes of chili. That really helps with variety..

The ice cube tray is an awesome tip! Thank you.

to be honest I never pureed my chili. I chewed it very well and it was fine. It is very soft and mushy to begin with. You will love it. I still have it as a go to meal now 5.5 months out and try and keep some in the freezer in 3 oz containers even though I just ran out this week I will have to make another batch.
