I CAN'T SEEM TO SEND PERSONAL MESSAGES !!!

Greetings

I wonder if anyone else is having this problem ? When I go to my "Friends" list and try to send a Personal Message, I can type the "Subject" line ..... but the "Message" portion of the page is grayed out and I can not type anything in it ????

Does anyone have a solution ? ...... I am a real newbie ..... and an "Old Dog" learning many, MANY new tricks .... so be very gentle with me, and teach in simple words !

Try this:

Go to my account, settings, message board then where it says default editor type select HTML Editor #2.

Oh thanks Dawn, that instruction helped me also, I haven't been able to send messages either.

Could you please help me with one more thing? I have wanted to post all my info: Orientation date, apptmts. surgery date: with the cute picture weight scale or whatever is offered below my posts. Can you help please?

Thanks from me as well. I haven't been able to reply to someone's message since I started and I didn't have fire fox to switch too which was the only other solution I have heard about.

I couldn't either and I couldn't change the default editor until I switched from I.E. to Firefox and now it's fine..... plus Firefox fixed a few other pain in the butt problems I was living with. I'm really happy to have switched now, solved a lot of issues.

it's not compatible with I.E. I had to download and start using Firefox and then up top you see the blue bar says.. Home Articles Photos Forums Groups Health Tracker........... it's Health Tracker you need to go in and create from there.
