Almost 7 weeks postop and down 40 lbs today! 

B - protein smoothie with raspberries and vanilla Greek yogurt

L - hummus

S - premier protein shake

D - Thai zucchini meatloaf cup 

S - protein shake

Oh, and I got over 10,000 steps yesterday! Long walk over 5 km in the evening and not even as sore as I thought I would be!

Good Morning! almost 5 months post op.

Today I am catching up at home with shopping, laundry etc. after a very busy few days.  Will get on the treadmill today for at least 40 minutes. Bought a pair of stretchy size 16's pants on Friday. Yay me! The even had a zipper and button! Its been at least 12 years since I have worn that size.

Todays menu:

B Protein coffee

S nsa greek yogurt

L melba toast, sardines

S snap peas, hummus, melba

D: grilled chicken, green beans, sweet potato

S: berries, cottage cheese

MFP Cal 952 Carbs 87 fat 19 protein 96

Good morning!  Just getting the kids out the door to school.  Will cycle downtown today for lunch with a friend and then downtown again in the evening and will walk from Bay Station.

B - 1/2 c greek yogurt, frozen strawberries, splenda, 1/4 c bran buds

L - 1/2 c FF chili w 1 Tbsp unflavoured pro powder

S - 1/2 c FF/SF pudding w ! Tbsp chocolate pro powder

D - 4 lean beef meatballs w 1/3 c SF pasta sauce

S - 1/2 c flake tuna w 1Tbsp miracle whip light

Totals: 760 Calories, 80 Carbs, 18 Fat, 85 Protein

Good morning everyone. Lots of walking on the weekend..I need a fitbit so i can keep track ..

B- 1 egg omlete with green pepper 1 0z LF cheese and onion.

S- roasted chick peas

L- 1/2 cup of Homemade LF chicken coleslaw salad .

S- 2 melba rounds with LF laughing cow cheese triangle.

D- my chicken coleslaw salad . Some peas and carrots.

S- some protein shake..

Good morning everyone,  I decided I would start writing on this as it makes me accountable and organize :) 1st day back at work today.

4 1/2 weeks Post-op

B- Premier Protein Shake

S-1 Turkey Bites and 1 Baby Bel Light Cheese

L- Lettuce Wrap which has 2 slices of Turkey Basil Deli Meat (President's Choice Blue Menu) with French Onion Laughing Cow Cheese and Mustard

S-Source Greek yogurt X2 Protein with 1/6 C of Bran Buds

D- Not sure yet (Something with Chiken)

Total Protein: 63G, Total Fat 12G, Toal Carbs 27G, and Total Sugars 11 Total Cal 427 (According to MFP) (Still need to add diner)

All Vitamins and Water of course and walked 10,500 steps yesterday!

Good morning everyone. Congrats on your 40 pounds Lolabug!!

I'm a wee bit sleepy, probably from my big 35k run on Saturday :-) Also got a promotion last week, so i'm super pumped and excited to sleep properly because of those two things! Got a surprise from my boss, she is sending the Marketing Director and I out for lunch to talk about my new position. We are going to sushi...lots of carbs, but in marathon training, I don't mind as much :-)

2.5 years post RNY - in maintenance, 6 pounds under goal, training for marathon October 20th

Ran 6 k this morning, cycling tonight

B; pork chop (I ate my lunch for breakfast, since I didn't know I was being treated to lunch today)

S: laughing cow cheese

L: sushi!

S: protein shake

D: turkey chili

I will probably get something else in. Calories are low, and so is fat. I"ll probably have some asiago cheese to top it up. And cream in my coffee.

Totals Cal  :1,026 Carb: 78 Fat: 33 Protein :106 Fibre: 9 Sugar: 15

 

 

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
