Off to work for 8am! Tonight, celebrating a friends birthday! kissWoot

 

B- special k protein cereal w/milk

In my lunch bag and not sure what order I will eat today:

- greek yoguart

- salad, w/ hard boiled egg, cheese, italian dressing

- nuts

- 2x premier protein shakes

- another hard boiled egg

- handful of doritios

CAWWWWFEEEEEE!! 

 

other liquids in (water) Going to be having a few drinks tonight so I will drink as much water as I can!

I'm still on full liquids post op so I'm having protein shakes,protein shake, and even more protein shake lol

I haven't tried the Special K protein. Is it sweetened.

Good morning. Off to walk the dog soon. Lots of errands to do. Finally getting my hair cut. My face has changed so much I wanted a new hair style but could not decide what so kept putting off getting it cut. Taking the plunge today to see what happens.

d steak, mushrooms, salad, will add a veg when I have bought some groceries

4 wweks post op - soft food stage

I go back to work on Monday which I am not really looking forward to, but that is ok it will keep me busy. I am going to plan my weeks worth of lunches etc so I am not stuck at work with nothing to eat and making bad choices. I did get my hair done on Thursday and I feel like a million bucks, I just hope this stall thingy moves on its merry way. From the look of the scale this morning I think there was a break but we will see ... I am not too worried but just keeping an eye on it and staying on plan.

I made an egg with some diced ham for breakie and am in love at the moment.... oh the simple things that make me smile these days. An egg.... :)

I find I am getting my protein in without a shake, but do use the unflavoured protein power in a lot of things which as given me that boost.

B-  1 egg, 2 tbsp diced ham, 1 tbsp low fat grated cheese - so fricking good this morning

S- The rest of the day is unknown at the moment but my fridge is full of stuff that will keep me on plan.

RNY, 11 months post-op

Good afternoon,

Today's a busy day, but not with work for once which is nice!  We have a family reunion to go to tonight, lots of good food so I'm going to work hard to stay on plan.

It's a planned break day from exercise - ran yesterday and will run again tomorrow morning.

Here's my eating plan for today:
B - greek yogurt, blackberries/blueberries, Skinny B cereal, SF syrup, protein bar

S - 1 tbsp peanut butter, grapes

L - premier protein shake with PB2, berries

S - Turkey Pepperettes, Cheesestring

D - 2 glasses of wine over the evening, 3 oz pulled pork that we're bringing, meatballs, salad, veggies, 1 slice bread

S - If I need it, SF jello and FF pudding at home later on

Totals - 1815 calories, 115g carbs. 76g fat, 137g protein

Apple picking today with the kids - bringing a container w PB 28 and a paring knife so I can eat one as a snack.  Yum!

B: container source greek yogurt and liberte vanilla greek yogurt w 1/4 c kashi crunch

L: 3 oz steak, tbsp ketchup, broccoli/cauliflower

S: apple w 2 Tbsp PB28

D: 3 oz salmon w maple orange glaze, veggie

S: 1/2 c balsamic/sweet onion roasted soy beans

Totals: 93 Protein, 1030 Calories, 69 Carbs, 42 Fat
