PATIENCE!

Seriously, just keep doing what works. With only 20 left to lose and being only 13 months out it'll come off slowly now. Eat right, maintain your physical activity and avoid "quick fixes" at all costs. Your body will know when it's done. And just when you think it's over, you'll lose a couple more. lol

Hang in there and remember that this is a marathon not a sprint to the finish.

me too, 16 months out, want to lose anther 10 pounds to 149 and nothing moves, walk 5 km daily, go to aquafit, do gravity, sometimes and starting yoga.  I think I could use some love and understanding here as my frustration level is very, very high

It is kind of crazy that I am in a great big hurry to loose 20 pounds I mean just because I lost 23 pounds on my first week home we expect that everything should go that fast. If I loose the next 20 pounds over the next 6 or 8 months that is still an accomplishment. laugh

Absolutely it is. I was still losing my final pounds into my third year, believe it or not. It was frustrating for a while but I learned not to focus so much on my weight and focused instead on living well and enjoying my success. You'll get there

I like your reply and I think I will print it out and hang in my office.

We get so caught up on the numbers we forget those little things we are now able to do, like running up the stairs or dancing for an hour with the kids without even breaking a sweat. life is good!

From the sounds of things, this is common.  I am at 17 months out and have 18lbs to goal which is taking time.  I think it isn't a bad thing to try to go back to basics as much as possible and keep moving.  This is my strategy and I watched my mom do this and she was still losing weight, albeit VERY SLOWLY, at 3 years out.  Beats gaining weight :)
