1 Year Surgiversary!

One year ago today, I was getting ready for surgery. I can't believe how quickly the year has flown by, and how far I've come in that time.

There are so many things that I can do now that weren't possible one year ago - too many to list here! The biggest NSV for me is going from not being able to walk around the block without being out of breath, to being able to run 10KMs 3 times per week!

I am so grateful for this life-changing surgery. I'm also so appreciative to everyone on this Forum for their support during this journey - it has been a key contributor to my success!

I haven't updated my photos in awhile, but here's the final compilation from when I reached goal:
