Let's talk poop

So, now that it's been almost a year, and I've completely changed my daily food menu, I've noticed some real big changes in the poop department.

I've always been regular but now it's much denser (total sinkers), and clean upon exit (TMI ~ I know)... It also can come out about the volume of a softball which can cause some flushing issues.

No pain, no forcing, just a crap load of volume.

Anyone else want to admit if their poop has changed?  I think this is normal ???

I eat about 1200-1400 cal a day / 60-75g protein.

Have learned that I can't measure my journey only by what I've lost.  I've gained health and extra time on this earth ... that is most important

Yes it has definitely changed. Now more issues with constipation for me. Not low flush toilet friendly

I'm definitely not lowflush power friendly since my RNY. I can't believe how much I poop since surgery. Its almost embarrassing.

Sometimes the best support  you can get isn't all purple puddles and pink rainbows.

totally with you guys on that, I have a hanger I took apart in my bathroom for breaking things up 'cause our toilet is low flush also.  Embarrassing but can't do anything about it.

That is a brilliant idea. I no longer have issues with clogging up the toilet but wish I had thought about that then.

I poop once a day, every day and as others have said a large volume.  It used to be so big that it clogged up the toilet but thankfully not anymore.

I remember someone saying that you can tell your malabsorption has lowered when your poop changes but that hasn't happened yet.

You are so right.  I can't believe the amount of poop that comes out when we aren't eating very much.  I am getting a new toilet, getting rid of the low flush and getting one with a bigger bowl.  Went away Thanksgiving weekend and plugged the toilet two days in a row..Had to get a pluger!

I just moved into a new house and all my toilets are dual flush toilets. They are great and I have yet to clog up the toilet.
