Ottawa Support - Bytown Benchers: Wednesday, November 6

For those interested, the Bytown Benchers meeting is on Wednesday, November 6.  7:30pm - 9:00pm @ The Bronson Centre (211 Bronson Ave., Ottawa, Ontario K1R 6H5)

I will be facilitating the meeting this month.

Since I'm not feeling particularly creative when it comes to the topic, I'm going with Janet's suggestion of 'Trick and Treat'...what are little tricks you use, how do you treat yourself?

The Bytown Benchers is an informal support group that meets the first Wednesday of every month. It is intended for persons at all stages of their WLS journey - from pre-op to post-op.

Please bring $3 to contribute to the cost of the room rental and any door prizes you may wish to contribute or "regift".
