Liking Opti!
So, I guess that I am lucky because so far I am enjoying Opti. I have flavouring extracts, 2 syrups, Mio and decaf coffee crystals to switch it up and I always mix with ice. Digestion and hunger issues have not been a problem (knock on wood). So if you're about to start you should know that it's necessarily going to be all that difficult.

I really like Opti too! My very first day when I got them i drank them straight, no add in's and was disgusted! Then I went to the handouts I got at TWH and one said to put raspberry crystal light in the chocolate so i did and its YUMMY and the other recipe said put orange extract in the vanilla opti so I did and it takes like an orange creamsicle ice cream bar, YUMMY. I actually look forward to my four opti's a day!! I have one week left, surgery is next Fri the 15th. You got this and you will do great!

I'm glad for you that you are really enjoying the Opti! I can only hope that when I get there, I like it just as much. It looks like I'll be drinking it during the two-week vacation that I am taking in January so I'd better like it! Good on you! Surgery is not far away now!

good for you, I enjoyed them the whole two weeks. I added vanilla once but preferred them just as they were. I did find that they didn't have staying power when I was out and just shook with water, yet i. The magic bullet with ice and water they seemed (sort of) filling and had staying power.

I found that I enjoyed Opti. After reading so many peoples posts on here I though great this is gonna suck. My two weeks went so quick. I tried several of my syrups and crystal light. In the end I stuck to decaf coffee because it tasted much better. Feel free to message me or anyone can add me has a friend. Though tomorrow I may be a little busy...surgery day!!
