I'm assuming it's a no no? It was delicious. It was a tall. Please tell me it's ok once in a while. I missed it so much. LOL

Nothing wrong with it.  It's no different than eating a yogurt.  I use them as snacks as they fill me up even though they are liquid. It's just a glass of milk after all.

At the risk of sounding like a real dweeb, what is in a skinny latte. I drink basic coffee with milk and black tea. Boring.

It has a lot of sugar in it.

It's warm milk with espresso and sugar free syrup. Skinny means non fat milk.

It's sugar from the milk not added sugar so like I said it's the same as having a glass of milk.

It's natural occuring sugar from the milk.  Put in the same number of ounces of skim milk and it will be the same.  All dairy products have natural sugars.
