Ok, the syrups I recieved has made Opti awesome.

Cookie dough and chocolate this morning

Vanilla and Orange in the vanilla for lunch

Peppermint and chocolate was dinner last night.

I am still hungry and stomach growling , but I will keep drink water.

Had to start adding isulin fiber to the opti fast ( TMI, starting to get a bit backed up )

But today is day 5 and the scale says I have lost 3 lbs.

Oh well, anything is good. Just 23 days of Opti lefts hehe

way to go!  glad things are working out for you!!  :)  someone had mentioned added instant coffee granuals -- i tried it with both choc and van and it was really nice as well.

 

i found van seemed to thicken more than the choc -- not sure if that is standard or just for me.

I noticed its a bit thicker also. 

I don't like coffee so I'm not gonna bother to try it

I have more flavors to play w gonna do coconut and chocolate tonight.

they are a life saver :)

 

dont forget you can have some sugar free popsicles and sugar free jello. finding a chicken broth you like will help long term. a month is a long time, it took me a while to find a broth i could eat. ended up with a boullion cube one.

I just picked up a new syrup today black cherry can't wait to try it.  I taste tested the peppermint it was good but I didn't know what I would use it for (I don't eat chocolate, it gives me head aches).  So far my favorites have to be hazelnut and salted caramel.

I use extracts in my opti - coconut, banana, orange, watermelon, mint and almond. makes it so good. however i think today i am battling some deydration - working to get it back on track. keep it up - I have 10 days left of Opti

I couldn't eat the Campbell's low sodium broth at all. The organic stuff just tasted like a chicken pee'd in the box.

 

I started using the boullion, tasted much better to me. it was also nice to have something warm and savory.

 

but if the Campbell's is working for you keep it up!
