quick update - 1 month post op.

It has been exactly one month since my surgery. I am still on the pureed phase for one more week.

Clothes are starting to fall off me and pants are falling down. I have had to put 3 holes in my belt.

When I started opti I was 435lbs. I just got my new scale today and I am 368! Total loss of 67lbs!! I was 395 when I left the hospital, so 27lbs since surgery.

I am still sore around the incisions but doing okay. I am having trouble drinking enough water but feel okay other than getting tired in the afternoons.

Wow!  You are doing great!  Take it easy on yourself.  Keep trying the water and don't take a chance of getting dehydration!

Holy snappers, 67 lbs!! That's great! Congrats! 27 since surgery is a great achievement. Keep up the good work! I have trouble with water too, I find the only way to do it is to keep my glass in my hand all day, and carry it with me everywhere. Even then I still forget to keep sipping!

OMG how FABULOUS!!! You must be feeling so different! Congrats on the amazing job....keep at it!  I hear you on the water issue as well. Thank goodness I am a stay at home Mom because water is like an all day job!! haha
