Emailing out orientation package

Yesterday when I talked tot he lady booking my orientation appointment , she said she would email out a package for me to print off and fill out. Still no  email..Is that normal.?

I seemed to have the hardest time receiving my email too.  I'm through HRRH and she kept saying it was sent but nothing came through.  I think she wasn't understanding me on the phone when I was giving her my email address.  So I asked if I could email them and they could just reply with the package knowing that way for sure the email address was correct lol.  I would follow up with them but don't leave a message just keep calling until someone answers :)

Call her back and let her know that you havent received it yet..Krista..

If you or your e-mail provider have a SPAM filter, check it out.  It may have been put there by mistake.  I've had a few e-mails go there when I was waiting on them.

Have you had any luck yet.  I too am waiting for an email from HRRH.  I am wondering what is the timeline that I should call back and let them know I have not received it!

Yes I call and they emailed it right out today...Glad I didn't wait because some of it my family Dr has to fill out and fax to them.. I would give then a quick call

I was told my email will be sent out, it was on a Thursday, it arrived after the weekend on a Monday.

I spoke to the lady today and was given Monday for orientation. I haven't received.an email yet but what kind of questions does my doctor have to answer. I was just there on Monday. I don't think i can get an appointment before Monday so now i am worried this will delay the process.
