Up and in to work early today....going to leave this afternoon and drive north for a little R and R for the weekend......I wont be posting this thread for a few days....so please start it if you are first up in the morning
Not going to be the best eating day today.....but this is exactly what I plan on eating....I can handle the calories....its the carbs that are high for me.....most from fruit and veg....but still high
STEPS - 6780
EATS
B - 2 large mugs of regular coffee
Premier protein shake
S - McDonalds muffin
S - greek yogurt
L/D - Panera Bread squash soup and a small thai chicken salad
S at destination - 9 low sodium triscuits
Shredded habanero cheese
9 oz of wine - type to be determined!

I loved opti - you never know, you might too! Grinding it up with ice cubes and flavour shots really helped me.

RNY 30 Days Post Op Last day of time off…. Back to work tomorrow Love going to work on a Friday when I had the previous 33 days off makes a mighty short week hahahahahaha
Going through my closet today to see what I’ve got for work clothes. Fortunately I have lots of sizes to choose from.
Nice little scale victory I need to lose LESS than a 100 pound now!!!
Breakfast: ¼ cup Liquid Egg and 30 grams of Old Cheddar made into an Omelette & Cup Black Tea
Lunch: ¼ Cup Kerry’s Chunky Seafood Chowder & 2 Saltines
Dinner: ½ 50 grams Kerry’s Meatloaf and 4 Green Beans
Nighttime Snack: Premier Protein Shake
4 - 6 Cups Water
