to my pre-surgery pedi as I had to yank my toes out of the foot soak in order to run home with my first ever case of Opti-trots! ):

What an absolute bummer (pardon the pun)...

I started on Thursday and haven't experienced it yet....hope you don't have to suffer for your remaining time.

Ah, yes -- the warm water relaxes *everything*.

I hope you're able to return for the rest of the pedicure.  :)

Yes it is either Opti Trots or all bunged up. Take your pick. Not pleasant either way.

I was told to add benefibre to the opti to help. I also found I could not add artificial sweeteners like syrups to it. I had to stick to instant coffee.

Don't waste your money on a pre-op pedi.  You can't have polish on your toes at surgery.  I had my first ever pedi so I would have pretty toes for the hospital.  Spent an hour the night before taking it off with q-tips and toilet paper because I didn't know.  What an ordeal.  And my feet looked so good.  Heavy sigh!,

Had RNY surgery July 22/11, St. Joe's Hamilton, with the awesome Dr. Scott Gmora.  Had abdominoplasty August 2/13, Scarborough, with equally awesome Dr. Michael Kreidstein.
