Good luck! - Head hunger is my biggest Problem this morning! - Clear out your fridge and cupboards the night before! do not keep leftovers from your last dinner!

(I'm looking at people's experiences with Opti as I suspect I'll be taking it while on vacation in the new year and being on Opti away from home kinda scares me!)

Referred September 2012, HHRH Orientation December 2012, Meet with surgeon January 2013, Meet with and testing with Dr Glazer May 2013, PATTS July 4, 2013 - 325lbs, Surgery HRRH August 1st, 2013 - 299lbs, second surgery late August 2nd to drain fluid, Discharged August 5th - 294lbs, reached 1/2 way to goal at 16 wks, MOM of three kids, married for 13 years :)

@jiliana2 I've done Opti previously while on vacation and it was ok. I made sure I packed a couple plastic cups and spoons that I could just throw away after having my "meal". Easy peasy. Good Luck!
