Halloo,

My appointment with Dr.Glazer was excellent! No Tests!

As I was waiting for my ride to go to Toronto, the clinic called and asked if I could come in Tomorrow instead of Dec 23 for the RN, SW & NT.

I was so thrilled! Of course I had to say no, but when I got to the clinic, I asked if their was anything else, and they gave me Monday morning.

So be persistent, just keep asking.The girl at the front, she was like "no, we have nothing", but the girl in the back of the office said "can you come in Monday?

It's all in who your asking!

I'm going to go ahead and call my surgeon tomorrow, and get a surgery date!

Ill take the 23rd of December lol!

Yes persistence is key with the bariatric clinic at HRRH! I found that too! 
I have my meet the surgeon appt next wednesday and they gave me an appointment for the SW/RD in feb, and I asked if there was anything earlier.. they told me that there wasnt THEN i got a call back saying there was one available at the beginning of Jan,2014. And they also told me that when I go in for my appt on wednesday to tell the girls that i want to be put on a waiting list for cancellations! 

They move pretty fast at HRRH!

You may not be able to get your surgery date quite yet till after those appointments. They have to meet after your have completed it all and decide on if they want you to proceed or need further appointments. Then after that you meet surgeon again and it goes from there. I think you will move through fast. Always great to take cancellations.
