GOT THE GREEN LIGHT!
I got the green light today from Dr. Glazier and Dr. Posner that i am ok to have my revisional surgery! 
So Dr. Glazier told me to call Dr. Klien's office tomorrw, so does that mean I have to go back and see Dr. Klien or will I be given a surgery date? I am so excited! I am hoping my sister and I can have dates close together in the New Year!

that should have read the year I had my surgery, not sure why it blocked it out.... Nineteen Ninty Four....is when I had my stomach stapled. How are you doing after your surgery a few weeks back?

I had the stomach stapling in 2001 - VBG. Is that the same one you had?
I'm doing well. I'm more sore than I expected to be, but it turned out that my surgery ended up being a little more in-depth than expected - which is why I'm saying how AMAZING Dr Klein is. He said to me, "I haven't had to open anyone up in 7 years - you weren't going to be the first!" LOL!
One word of advice - MAKE SURE you stay on top of your pain medication, and MAKE SURE you get up walking ASAP. As in, the night of the surgery. The more you walk, the better the gas (that SUCKS) will get moving out of your body. :)
All in all, I'm doing well. I do have to admit there's more pain than I expected, but today is also only one week post-op, so I suppose that's not that uncommon, given the scar tissue and what not. I can honestly say, the whole thing has been MUCH MUCH smoother than I expected, and I completely contribute it to Dr Klein's amazing skills. :D

OMG, I hope I am not his first in 7 years to be opened up, that is my biggest fear.
I am not sure if we had the same surgery, mine was done almost 20 years ago, I know I have a small pouch, and the rest is stapled off.
So did you have the Ruen Y too?, I am scared and excited at the same time. So were you opened up the first time?
I am hoping this time around I wont have the pain like I did 20 years ago.

I had the Roux-en-Y, yes. :) I was opened up - I had 24 staples. Biiiiig incision.
I wouldn't worry - Dr Klein is VERY serious about what he does. The man's got SKILLS, lol!!

Thanks Krista, I have my appointment with Dr. Klein on Monday December 2nd, hopefully I will get a date keeping my fingers crossed.
