Calcium & Benefibre

Hello,

I am currently taking what feels like a million Citrocal petites a day, does anyone know of another brand that packs more calcium into small pills? All I'm finding is carbonate.

And I've searched high and low for Benefibre, anyone know where I can get some?

I can't comment on the Calcium but I do buy the Bariatric Advantage Calcium Chews and I like them.  They told me at Walmart that the Benefibre factory

had a big issue.  So I bought Inulin powder at Shopper's, mixes in like Benefibre with no taste.  Seems to work much the same.

Loblaws sell Exact inulin the pharmacis told me it's the same as benefibre, I mix it in my shakes

Innulin is preferred as it doesn't stick to staple lines etc. my surgeon said its best to go with Inulin as well.

I bought liquid Calcium by Wellesse, it is not too bad, good to add to a smoothie or protein shake , i am pre-op and trying everything now to get used to it.  It is not bad at all and i hate pills so i will continue post-op, i purchased two very large bottles at Costco for under 17$
