Corn?

I was just wondering if it is ok to eat corn that is mixed with frozen mixed vegetables.  I know corn can be harder to digest but since we are chewing so well I wondered if it was ok to have?

Thanks for any insight, Sue

You have a regular stomach just smaller.  I eat corn without issue. Of course we each tolerate things differently so the only way to know is to try.  I avoid corn most of the time only because it's so high in carbs, calories and natural sugars.  But I do have it now and then.

Thanks Tracey, I am going to count it as a grain in my diet because of it's carb content and will not likely eat it very often.  My  husband went out and bought mixed vegetables for me (frozen ones) with corn and I just didn't want to though it out if i didn't have to.  Thanks again :)
