New Ottawa Facebook Group
There is a new support group on Facebook called Ottawa Bariatric SGroup. 
An Ottawa support group for those who have had weight loss surgery or who are on the Bariatric Registry to have weight loss surgery.
If you know someone who would benefit from this group invite them. They must be post-op or on the bariatric registry in order to be added.
It's a secret group, I don't think you can find it, find me on Facebook and I will invite you. I will pm you.
Hi there are a few good Ottawa support sites, we have one group for clothes , it's awesome because people donate the clothes that don't fit them anymore and chose clothes that fit them for the moment, it has saved so many people so much money, seeing we shrink so fast it is nice not to have to buy new clothes every step of the way.
