Tomorrow.... Woooow
Holy crap batman!! Tomorrow at 1:30 I have surgery!
WHAT? I survived 4 weeks of Optifast! Only a little hiccup. But I did it! Look like I am down 18.5 lbs, but my final weigh in will be tomorrow. ((Hope to hit 20lbs.))
All day I have had friends checking on me asking how my nerves are. God bless them. I have great friends!
But I feel calm, at peace w my decision I guess. Have faith this is what I need to do to lose 200 plus lbs and to enable me to have the life I deserve and desire. So I will say my prayers tonight that Dr Hagen is will rested, and steady handed while he give me this gift of a tool to use.
The plan is to be up and running circles around the nursing station tomorrow and Wednesday. Tooting all the way! Haha
