100 pounds gone forever

I am 5 days short of 7 months out from my RNY and as of this morning's weekly weigh-in I have now hit the 100 pounds lost.

Those of you waiting at one stage or another, be encouraged that your time will come and it will be SOOOO worth the wait.

Thanks Muriel. I cannot believe how much time flies. Seems like just yesterday Teri and I attended the Kingston meeting. I see you have changed days. We must make it to another meeting some time once the threat of snow is gone.
