Fitbit day 1

A good friend bought me a fitbit for my birthday....I finally got it going and today is day 1 of wearing it. It's the clip on type that also came with a band to wear if I choose....I'm not very techy so don't really understand it yet, but I will see how many steps I get in an average day!

Today is 5 weeks post op for me to the day. I'm down 30 pounds, feeling great. People are noticing my loss ~ HURRAH.

So far I've tolerated everything I've tried, the only thing so far that felt "heavy" was salmon. I've had beef tenderloin, chicken, turkey...no probs. Had my first fresh salad the other day with no probs so I'm on to lots of fresh veggies to see how that goes.

Cheers!

Terri

That is wonderful, I am getting once for Christmas and it arrived by Fed Ex today. Hubby bought me the one that looks like a watch I am looking forward to giving it a try.

Glad to hear you are tolerating everything so well. I know I have no problem with anything I have tried.
