3-yr Surgiversary

Well today is my 3rd year Surgiversary. My only regret is that I didn't do it 20 years ago.

I am currently battling 10 lbs of regain but know what I need to do to get rid of it. My New Year's resolution is to work on getting more active and losing those pesky extra lbs.

I wish us all continued success on our journeys!

Muriel

Muriel - Happy Surgiversary!

Three years and still loving your choice - that is so very reassuring for those that follow.

Thank you for your support and guidance during my own journey - it means so much to have folks like you behind me! Please know you're appreciated more than you'll ever know!

Congrats on your success Muriel !!!! thats a great accomplishment, you must be very proud !!! Its keeping it off that the trick....I find the coming off part was easier then the keeping it off part. Even now a few lbs seem to slip on and off and I am not at my goal weight yet....but you seem to have it all under control ...congrats again !!!!
