Can't believe its time
I can not believe that I am starting Opti tomorrow. When I saw Dr Hagen in October and got my date, i thought, its never gonna get here. Now I'm like "Hokey dina its here!" When I went for groceries on Sunday, i was buying my jello, my broth, my veggies and as i was getting ready to leave the store, it was like Shoot what are my hubby and son gonna eat? Back around the store again. I have never been that self-focused before!
Tomorrow is PATTS as well. So excited for the future. I am ready to live life and not jus****ch it pass me by.

Get plenty of Ice and a cup with a lid, i bought a Christmas one for 2.50 at Walmart that even glows just for my Opti, first 5 days were hard , now it is alot better. I take my shakes everyday at 8, 12, 4 and 8 with my soup inbetween. It is like clockwork now. You got this see you on the losers bench!!

I got a pretty pink cup with a lid. As long as my fridge does not die nor my ice machine at work im good to go!
I figure im gonna have to schedule it along with the water and some tea.
