One year out !

I am so thankful that I am a year out and made my personal goal of reaching onderland !

Ready for more hard work to reach my final destination.... 46 lbs away!

Have learned that I can't measure my journey only by what I've lost. I've gained health and extra time on this earth ... that is most important

Surgery date is Oct. 17th, 2013 in Ottawa. I was referred to the clinic in September 2012. The person performing my surgery is Dr Amy Neville.

Huge difference in your face before and after - wow! You must feel so much lighter having lost 169 pounds. Keep up the good work :0)
