Messed up my ticker and now can't get it back grrr! Is there a trick to it... I know where to go but it won't let me pick a background?

They are having problems with it. I contacted tech support yesterday they are trying ti fix the problem they said in my email,but its still not fixed.Hope its fixed soon... Krista...
