Drinking before & after?!?
Hey all I am 2 weeks post op but during liquid & puréed stages...when does that don't drink 30 mins before and after rule apply?

My center told me that once I start purred no more drinking while eating - 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after minimum. My center is Kingston, my surgery was HRRH - hope that helps

Yup, as above, always. This early out though pretty much most things are liquid, but the rule is once your into the blended food, like eating things not pureed, thats really when you must stick to the rules. What has your centre told you?

My center has not specified when or what stage to begin this...that is why I am looking for some clarity...maybe anyone from TWH can help me because that is my center...

Call your centre for clarity, Kingston is very good at calling back quickly.
