Good luck on your appointment, had mine at TWH last Friday and it wasn't too bad. My appointment was at 11am and I was out by 1:10pm. I'm not too bad on the opti - I like to add crystal light tangerine/grapefruit, strawberry/banana, or banana extract the most. Just very tired of cold drinks now, if it was summer probably wouldn't be as hard.

Toronto Western Centre allows and has listed in the recipe section of their pre-op binder to make "hot chocolate" style Opti Fast. you can use ho****er but not boiling water. I drank 3 weeks of chocolate opti made with ho****er (I used my keurig to get the ho****er so it wasn't boiling) and I used my magic bullet to buzz them nice and creamy chocolaty goodness. LOVED opti MISS opti
