Agreed! I got up to 38km (from 24.5 last week). Moving more. Hoping this is just another minor setback. I'd like to get back to my schedule!!

Im still having issues and heading back to the hospital today. Better number for sure this week, but no "implied" exercise still. Boo

All is good.My PS drained a seroma on one side of my fixed dog-ear, and tried to drain the hematoma on the other (said it's pretty much like jello, and hard to drain). She said it might leak for a bit. That was Wednesday. Nothing really leaked, until yesterday....and then it gushed all day and night. Freaked me out, but apparently it's all normal. Still not exercising until it's finished (just like when I had the original surgery done).
