Hey Sassy, no date yet, but I do meet with Dr. Urbach on the 28th and shall know then! I'll keep you posted.

Referral 08/13, Orientation TWH 09/18/13, SW 09/26/13, NP 09/26/13, Surgeon Appt 12/13/13, MRI 01/06/14, Nut Class 01/14/14, Nut 01/20/14, Scopes 02/21/14, Psych 02/25/14, Dr. Urbach 03/28/14, PATTS 04/15/14, SURGERY 05/06/14!!!

I am out of the Windsor clinic but having my operation out of TWH. I just was there on Feb 28 th and was booked for April 8 th

it looked like there was plenty of dates in April available when I booked

Ref sent March 27th. Orientation June 27th 2013. Nurse Consult Aug 19. Social-worker and nutrition class Sept 3 SLEEP study Sept 3rd Doctor Consult Sept 27th...canceled, now Nov 11. Social worker (2ndappt) Oct24 Dietitian Oct 24 Physio appt Dec 13 and final windsorappt post op class Dec 19 Surgery April 8th

Hello , I started my journey in Aug 2013 things move quickly with all the required testing and dr.appointment , I was cleared to meet the surgeon in Jan 2014. I finally meet the surgeon on Feb 14/14 got my call quickly and I was given my surgery appointment for March 28/14 at TWH!
