I was only allowed cottage cheese, but I used cinnamon or a no-salt-added seasoning - like Mrs. Dash.

Add pureed fruit.

For cottage cheese - cinnamon and a little Splenda, microwave until nice and warm

For ricotta - a little garlic powder and basil mixed in, tiny bit of thinned out tomato sauce on top, into the microwave for a bit, like stuffed pasta shells without the pasta

I love putting cottage cheese in tomato soup and warm it up til it was stringy.

Ah, ricotta cheese, the food of the goddesses. :)  It's my go-to comfort food and has been almost since surgery.

I have it the same way every time - 1/2 cup of ricotta cheese, with pure vanilla extract and splenda to taste. Yum yum! I also use stevia with it, too.

And I top it with berries now, but of course I know you can't do that at the moment on full fluids. But it tastes great even without the berries.
