help with gas

i am Still at the hospital tring to rid myself.  i habe beem walking all day and there still feels like there is a big ball aty highest incision.  pleas help with ideas

i feel like i am on alot of pain and am supposed to go home tomorrow

I had a lot of gas and pain too. They don't want you to take Gas X so soon out but I heard you can take peppermint tea! Good luck
