I do not actually think as myself as a vet yet. But I always like to hear from the above as well as highlander, tracey 112205, monica and others. I miss some of the people who used to post on here.

I learned from the best! And I try to carry in with what I learned. Thank you for the shout out!

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

What a great post. I agree completely, the vets calm fears, enlighten and inspire. hooray for the vets.
